Agent playtime
So far Louis has been talking to you alone. This lesson puts him where he belongs: in a group chat with other people, doing the job.
Nothing new gets installed here. Everything happens in Telegram and Notion, with the agent you already have.
Before you start, finish Setting up data sources. Louis must be answering you and writing to your Notion page.
The steps
Each step has its own page:

| Create a Telegram group | Make a group and put your bot in it. | A community agent needs a community to sit in. |
| Add your agent to the group | Connect Louis to that group, then give him work. | The bot is the phone line. Louis is who answers it, and connecting them is a step of its own. |
| Add humans to the group | Invite neighbours, and see what each of them may do. | Louis treats a stranger, a verified neighbour and an admin differently. This is where that shows. |
| Update your agent's personality | Change how he writes, and make it stick. | The template is a starting point, not the finished agent. |
What you'll see along the way
- Louis writes things down while you chat. Every answer that matters lands in your Notion page, and you can read it there.
- He checks who is asking. Not by name — by the account the message came from.
- He asks before he posts. Being allowed to do something and being told to do it now are two different things to him.
